Editor in Chief

Ana Luna is the founder and editor-in-chief of Solar Cells. She is a life-long environmentalist and journalist with a history of newspaper and magazine reporting. With a background in creative writing and technology, and interest in the future of sustainability, Ana earned a dual master’s degree in communication and environmental studies from NYU. Ana has earned many awards for research writing, leadership, tech advancements, and activism.

Senior Staff Editor

Noel Sanders is senior staff editor of Solar Cells. An award-winning journalist with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Stanford University, Noel graduated magna cum laude. During his career, he has worked as editor-in-chief at Architectural Digest and Outdoor Magazine. He also founded a monthly print release and daily online publication that covers Colorado outdoor lifestyle and community….

Alexis White is the senior content manager for Solar Cells. Her passion for writing and content strategy led her to pursue a career in online media. An accomplished journalist, she has worked abroad in Germany and Switzerland, and has received accolades for her environmental advocacy and editorials. Andre Martin is a staff writer for Solar Cells. He got his start in the publication industry working on his college newspaper at University of Washington in Seattle, where he wrote copy, designed page layouts, and edited news stories. Following that foundational experience in journalism, he eventually earned his Master of Arts degree and became a freelance contributor for Essence, Huffington Post, and Los Angeles Post. Currently based in Denver, Andre enjoys spending time all over the West Coast, whether it’s enjoying the coast of California, sand surfing in New Mexico, or climbing the Cascades back in his home state of Washington.

Sabrina Richardson is a staff writer with Solar Cells. She has a degree in film and media arts from Fordham University in New York City. She also has a videography and photography background that includes marketing and advertising work for firms in New York and Los Angeles. She has created work for large publications, such as Newsweek and New York Post, and also small community newsletters and online publications for non-profits and charitable organizations dedicated to environmental causes. As a lifelong resident of New York, she welcomed the transition to wide open spaces in beautiful Colorado…

Milani is the assistant editor for Solar Cells. She was trained as a writer at California State University, where she earned a bachelor of arts degree in creative writing. Her passion for creative writing, combined with her curiosity for technology and web design and development, has led her to a career in technology journalism. Milani loves spending time around nature and has been highly conscious of environmental issues from a very young age.One of her lifelog goals is to live completely off the grid in tiny home by using technological advancements live sustainably.
